Terms of Service

Effective 17 October 2026. Replaces the terms of 15 May 2026 that applied to the previous website. Marketing website only.

The contract governing your use of the Docran marketing website: what you may do, what you may not, how disputes are handled, and which Indian laws apply. Use of the Docran application platform is governed by a separate written agreement.

1. Scope of these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Docran marketing website ("the Website"). The Website is operated by Codran Technologies Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated in India, which owns and operates the Docran products. 15. Termination of access

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website, immediately and without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, or are required to do so by law or a competent authority.
